If you are looking for an affordable Biblical Certificate Program that is challenging, well thought out, and designed to accommodate the schedule of someone who is working check out Baylor University’s Certificate of Ministry Program.

Each course costs $250 – which includes registration and all fees.

Core Courses:
- CMP00 – Orientation and Formation: Orienting new students in studying and how to be spiritually formed in a walk with Christ.
- CMP01 – Biblical Interpretation: How to read, interpret, and apply Scripture faithfully and accurately.
- CMP02 – Survey of the Old Testament: Overview of the background of the Old Testament. Learn to love Scripture even more.
- CMP03 – Survey of the New Testament: Overview of the New Testament. Learn to study the NT from the view of its original audience.
- CMP04 – Introduction to Theology: An introduction to the the subject of theology and doctrine. Understand and practice the Christian faith.
- CMP05 – Introduction to Church History: An overview of the heritage of the Christian Church as well as Baptists in the United States.
Lastly there would then be 4 additional courses that will vary depending on your context of ministry and interests. These additional courses are usually only 8 weeks each, which means that the entire Certificate of Ministry program is intended to be completed in around 2 years of very manageable study.
